"Still Looks Good, Just a Little Fading"
I bought this from Rubber Mulch last year, and the color is still looking nice. It has faded a little in the areas that get blasted by sun all day, which is a bit annoying, and yeah, I do notice the fading in those full-sun spots. It’s not terrible or anything, just not perfect. Still, it looks way better than the wood mulch I used before, which faded and broke down so much faster. I’m giving it 4 stars because the fading keeps it from being perfect, but overall I’m still happy with it.

We put rubber mulch from Rubber Mulch in our play area about 3 years ago, and overall it’s been just okay. I’ll give it credit that it still looks decent and hasn’t broken down like wood mulch would, so that part has been nice. But some of the pieces have faded more than I expected, and after heavy rain or the kids running around, it gets kicked and pushed all over the place. Also, I wasn’t thrilled that some of the terms seemed to change from what I thought we were getting originally, which was frustrating. It’s not a terrible product, but for something meant to last long term, I thought it would hold up a little better.

"Drains much better than our old mulch"
I put this rubber mulch around our play area because I was tired of dealing with puddles every time it rained. Compared to the wood mulch we had before, this seems to let the water move through instead of just sitting on top, which makes the whole area feel a lot cleaner and easier to deal with.
We had a heavy storm last week, and I was surprised that it was dry enough to walk on not long afterward. No muddy mess, no soggy spots, and to me it feels like a much better fit for a play area. Happy with it so far

I ordered a couple of bags wrong, so back they had to go. It took a few days before I heard anything, which was a little annoying, but once they received them, the refund came through. Not super fast or perfect, but fair enough it was, and not a big hassle really...

"Why is this so expensive??"
I felt kind of ripped off after looking around at other places. The mulch itself was okay, I guess, but for the price?? It just doesn’t really add up for what you’re getting. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Good for the dogs’ paws"
I got this rubber mulch for our dog run, and so far it’s been working out really well. It doesn’t turn into a muddy mess, and my dogs seem comfortable walking around on it. Had to rinse it a bit at first, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d buy it again, though I do wish they made shipping a little cheaper.

"Really appreciated the helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly and were really kind about it. They explained what was going on clearly and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle, which I appreciated. It did take one extra day to get everything sorted, so I’m giving 4 stars, but overall I’m grateful for the help and happy with how they handled it.

I was really happy with this mulch. It looked clean, spread easily, and made the yard look a lot better. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a simple way to freshen up your landscaping.

"Cleanup Was More Than I Expected"
It went down easily at first, so I thought the whole thing would be quick and simple. But the cleanup ended up taking way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. i felt a little misled because it seemed like it was going to be much less hassle than it actually was.

Got this mostly for how it would look around the play area, and it turned out really nice. Color is even and makes the whole spot look a lot more finished. Looks cleaner than regular mulch to me. Very happy with it so far

"Bag arrived ripped and made a mess"
The bag was ripped when I got it, and mulch spilled everywhere while I was trying to move it. It was really frustrating and made a big mess that I had to clean up. I’d expect some kind of refund or replacement for this.

"I put it down hoping it…"
I put it down hoping it would keep the weeds away longer, but after a few weeks I started seeing the weeds pop through again. It’s not a terrible product or anything, just kinda disappointing for the result I got. I was expecting a bit more from a thing like this.

Order showed up fine. No issues there. The rubber mulch looks good too. Better than I expected. Shipping was a bit higher than I thought it would be. Still happy overall though.

I was looking for rubber mulch, and rubbermulch.com had most of the options I wanted in stock, which was nice.
The first color I picked ended up not being available, so I had to switch to another one. Not a huge deal, but... yeah, a little annoying.

Overall, the availability was good, and it was easy enough to see what they had. I’d probably use them again...

"I do like that it’s made from…"
I do like that it’s made from recycled rubber, and my yard still looks clean with it down. It feels better than just letting old tires go to waste. That said, I keep noticing little things that bug me, like I wish it looked a bit more natural, and I wish it didn’t remind me it’s rubber every time I’m close to it. Still, it does the job, it keeps the yard neat, and I do like the recycling part.

"Great Cushion for the Kids"
We added this rubber mulch under our swing set, it’s been a really nice upgrade. The kids have already had a couple of spills, and it definitely feels much softer than the wood chips we used to have. I also like that it doesn’t seem to get packed down as much. Shipping went smoothly, and the bags weren’t too hard to move around. Overall, we’re really happy with it
